About vacuum and filtering system
Vacuum system:
It consists of a vacuum tank, a vacuum pump, a condensing tank, a effusion tank, and an air supply system. The optimized structural design greatly increases the surface area of the oil in the vacuum system and maximizes the travel of the oil in the vacuum system. The water and gas in the oil are fully spilled.
filtering system:
With three-stage filtration, the suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and extends the life of the main filter.
Working principle
The vacuum oil filter is designed according to the boiling point of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, primary filter, vacuum pump, oil drain pump and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump draws out the air in the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the oil inlet pipe to remove large particles, and then enters the heating tank and enters the oil heated to 40~75 °C. In the vacuum tank, the water in the oil is rapidly evaporated into water vapor and continuously sucked into the oil-water separator by the vacuum pump. The water vapor in the separator is cooled and then reduced to water and released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered through the filter element. Thereby, vacuum filtration is performed to quickly remove impurities, moisture and gas from the oil, so that the clean oil is discharged from the outlet.
