The RLF dual cylinder return oil pipeline filter SRLF-110x10W is composed of two single cylinder filters and a two position six way directional valve. It has a simple structure and is easy to use, and is equipped with a bypass valve and a filter element pollution blockage alarm to ensure system safety.
During the working process, when the filter element of the single cylinder filter is blocked to a certain extent and needs to be cleaned or replaced, the main engine should be stopped to replace the filter element. This not only wastes time but also cannot meet the continuous working needs of the main engine. The double cylinder filter effectively solves the defect of the single cylinder filter in this aspect, and the filter element can be cleaned or replaced without stopping the machine to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the main engine.
Its working characteristic is that when one filter element is clogged and needs to be replaced, there is no need to stop the main engine. Just open the pressure balance valve and rotate the directional valve, and the other filter can start working. Then, replace the clogged filter element by replacing the filter cartridge on the side of the filter element, allowing for a small amount of internal leakage. This filter is widely used in hydraulic systems such as heavy-duty machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, etc.
