Glass fiber filter element is a new type of liquid and air purification filter element made with advanced technology using composite glass fiber membrane as the filtering medium. Composite glass fiber filter membrane is composed of polypropylene fiber membrane on both sides of traditional ultra-fine glass fiber membrane, which retains the advantages of ultra-fine glass fiber membrane such as high air gap rate, large flux, large cross-sectional flow rate, good temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It overcomes the disadvantages of low strength of glass fiber membrane, easy damage under pressure, and detachment. It is a new type of filter element with excellent performance and wide use.

Characteristics of glass fiber sintered filter element:
1. High filtration efficiency: can reduce 0.1 μ Fine dust of m and above can achieve a filtration efficiency of over 95%, which can achieve nearly zero emissions.
2. Low operating resistance: The fiberglass sintered filter element itself has characteristics such as non adhesion to dust, hydrophobicity, and chemical stability, so it has excellent dust stripping performance, especially for dust with strong moisture absorption and easy adhesion and hardening.
3. The long-term use temperature is 260 ºC, and the short-term and instantaneous temperature can reach 300 ºC (flame retardant type has higher temperature resistance), and the heat shrinkage rate is less than 0.5%.
4. Good thermal stability: The thermal shrinkage rate at 300 ºC is less than 0.5%, which determines its safety when used at high temperatures.
