Product Description

5-12 layers of stainless steel wire mesh with different mesh sizes (such as 316L, 304) are stacked and vacuum sintered. The aperture of each layer decreases in a step-by-step manner to form a 3D through-hole structure with synergistic effects of surface interception and deep filtration. The typical five-layer design includes a protective layer, a dispersion layer, and a skeleton layer. The pore uniformity is more than 95%, and the compressive strength exceeds 15MPa.
