The filter element of the system consists of pre-filter layer, ultra-fine fiber layer, support layer, filter layer and gravity sedimentation layer. The solid particles in the output air of the compressor can be filtered out to a maximum of 3μm, while the tiny water-dissolved gas of about 0.01-1μm is condensed into larger oil droplets when passing through the filter element, accumulates at the bottom of the filter element, and passes through. The return pipe siphon at the bottom of the filter element is siphoned back to the lubrication system so that the compressor discharges purer, oil-free compressed air.
