Hydraulic oil filter element is used in hydraulic systems to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium. It can effectively control the pollution level of the working medium and protect the normal operation of mechanical equipment by filtering out solid impurities that are mixed from the outside or generated internally in various oil systems. It is an indispensable part of the pipeline series for conveying medium.
The hydraulic oil filter element is mainly installed in the hydraulic system: on the suction pipeline, pressure pipeline, return pipeline, bypass, and a separate filtration system.
Feature
The hydraulic oil filter element is mainly made of stainless steel woven mesh, sintered mesh, and iron woven mesh. Due to the use of filter materials such as fiberglass filter paper, chemical fiber filter paper, and wood pulp filter paper, it has high concentricity, high pressure resistance, and good straightness. Its structure is made of single or multiple layers of metal mesh and filter material. The number of layers and mesh size of the wire mesh during specific use depend on different usage conditions and purposes.
