Product Description

The glass fiber sintered filter element is made of glass fiber and chemical additives through high-temperature sintering process. It has a smooth and hydrophobic surface and has super high temperature resistance (long-term 260ºC, instantaneous 300ºC) and chemical stability.

Characteristics of fiberglass sintered filter element

1. High filtration efficiency: can reduce 0.1 μ Fine dust of m and above can achieve a filtration efficiency of over 95%, achieving near zero emissions.
2. Low operating resistance: The fiberglass sintered filter element itself has characteristics such as non stick dust, hydrophobicity, and stable chemical properties, so it has excellent dust stripping performance, especially for dust with strong moisture absorption and easy adhesion and hardening.
3. The long-term use temperature is 260 ºC, and the short-term and instantaneous temperature can reach 300 ºC (flame retardant type has higher temperature resistance), and the heat shrinkage rate is less than 0.5%.
