Product Description

Characteristic
In the production of spunbond nonwoven fabrics, continuous filters that do not stop changing screens must be used. The filter can be replaced without stopping the machine or interrupting normal production. Compared to the quick change screen filter, an additional slide or plunger is added, and the melt is divided into two channels and filtered. When changing the mesh, as long as one skateboard or plunger filter is removed and the flow channel is cut off, the melt can continue to filter through the filter on the other skateboard or plunger.
