Description
Filter of Germany Hydac adopt advanced anti-corrosion and high-efficiency ultra-fine fiber condensing material as the filter main body. The filter element of the system consists of pre-filter layer, ultra-fine fiber layer, support layer, filter layer and gravity sedimentation layer. The solid particles in the output air of the compressor can be filtered out to a maximum of 3μm, while the tiny water-dissolved gas of about 0.01-1μm is condensed into larger oil droplets when passing through the filter element, accumulates at the bottom of the filter element, and passes through. The return pipe siphon at the bottom of the filter element is siphoned back to the lubrication system so that the compressor discharges purer, oil-free compressed air.
How to work
The filter, also known as the decontaminator and the filter valve, is an indispensable device for the transmission medium piping system. Its function is to filter the mechanical impurities in the medium, protect the fittings on the pipeline from wear and blockage, and protect the equipment from normal work. When the fluid enters the filter cartridge of a certain type of filter, the impurities are blocked, and the clean tourism is discharged from the filter outlet.
