The customized coalescing filter element uses a gradient-designed polyester fiber and glass fiber layer stack. The outer layer is a large-pore (50-100 μm) filter material to intercept large particles, and the inner layer is an ultra-fine fiber (0.1-5 μm) to achieve high-precision coalescing and filtration.

Working principle and process

1. Solid-liquid separation stage‌
Intercept solid particles (1~25μm accuracy) and reduce the impurity content of the medium to below NAS level 5
‌2. Demulsification and coalescence enhancement‌
Through hydrophilic/lipophilic surface treatment, tiny droplets (such as water droplets in oil) are promoted to collide and merge, and the droplet diameter is expanded by 10~100 times (such as 1μm→100μm)
‌3. Gravity separation and adsorption‌
Large droplets settle due to gravity, and the residual droplets are intercepted for the second time by the separation filter element, and the final medium moisture content is ≤0.01%
