Product Description

The coalescing filter element is made of a variety of composite materials through a special process, which has hydrophilic characteristics. It can not only filter out mechanical impurities in the medium, but also can make the emulsified water from the medium through demulsification and coalescence. A filter element that separates and coalesces into larger water droplets to facilitate further purification of the medium.

Product Application

The material will not lose its activity in the presence of surfactants. When the surfactants (natural or synthetic) "cover" the surface of the material, the deactivation of the material is observed. Eliminate the current labor force to replace inactive glass fiber filters. Reduce corrosion in coalescer rear equipment. Reliable operation of liquid/liquid coagulators in complex applications such as fuel with additive modules, refinery semi-finished products, HC condensates, NGL in ethylene production

This multistage system removes particulate matter from the filter and then proceeds to the second step of either the single stage of the horizontal coalescer or the two-stage vertical coalescer/separator for separating two-phase flows. The removal amount of Coalescers AquaSep XS is 15 ppm (volume). It is also effective in a wide range of conditions, such as initial impurity concentrations up to 10% and MFN below 20 dyne/cm.
