It can quickly filter out solid particles such as iron oxide in the system and effectively avoid the high temperature state after the unit is started. The lower oxides form and dissolve, which greatly shortens the startup time of the unit. The filter is installed between the condensate pump and the low-pressure heater. The large-flow de-ironing filter of the condensate is generally used to remove iron to shorten the condensate recovery time. It can also be installed on the heating return water pipeline before entering the low pressure heater to remove suspended solids in the heating return water and reduce the iron content in the heating return water.
