Customize 304 SS Oil Filter is widely used in environmental protection, petroleum, chemical, medical treatment, high temperature gas filtration, scientific research, metallurgy, food, machinery and other industries.
Four cleaning methods for stainless steel filter:
1, ultrasonic cleaning method
The longitudinal wave is used to act on the cleaning liquid to generate a certain number of small enough vacuum bubbles. These vacuum bubbles will burst when they cannot withstand the pressure, and the impact force is used to achieve the flushing of the stainless steel filter element.
2, baking cleaning method
This method is currently not used much in most industries, so I won't go into details here. Everyone knows that this method can be used.
3, reverse water cleaning method
Sometimes referred to as backwashing, this method utilizes an inert gas, such as nitrogen, to backwash the opposite direction of the stainless steel filter.
4, solution cleaning method
Soak the stainless steel filter element with 5% sodium hydroxide solution or nitric acid solution for 1 hour. The soaking time can be extended or shortened according to the degree of contamination of the stainless steel filter element, and then the filter element can be dried with clean air.
