How to work
When the oil filter is working, the polluted oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of external atmospheric vacuum suction. The heated oil enters the primary filter, the large particle impurities are filtered out, and then the oil enters the water separator, and the vacuum is separated. Flow through a special divergent device. The diverging device causes a large surface area per unit volume of oil to expose the contaminated oil to an atmosphere of relatively low relative humidity, thereby removing water, air and gas from the oil. The mixed gas formed by the evaporated water vapor and the gas is condensed into a liquid through the water tank and the cooler, and enters the water reservoir together, and the remaining gas is vacuum-extracted. The oil that removes moisture is input into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump to remove particulate impurities, which is the purification oil, and a purification process is completed. According to the water content, it is necessary to cycle several times to completely remove the water.
