The activated carbon filter is made by heating and sintering granular activated carbon with binder. The innermost layer of the filter element is a polypropylene skeleton, which is used to enhance the pressure resistance strength of the filter element. The skeleton is wrapped with two layers of polypropylene ultra-fine fiber felt, which can intercept liquid passing through the carbon core and bring out particles larger than 10 microns. The outer layer of the carbon core is wrapped with two layers of polypropylene ultra-fine fiber felt, which can intercept particles larger than 10-20 microns in the liquid, making the filter element have dual functions of filtration and purification. The outermost layer is a white plastic mesh cover, which gives the filter element a complete and clean appearance. The filter element is equipped with soft nitrile rubber end caps at both ends, which provide good sealing after being installed into the filter cartridge. The finished activated carbon filter cartridge is tightly sealed with plastic film to prevent contamination and keep the cartridge in a fresh state.
