Product Detail: Stainless steel sintered fiber web is a kind of multipore deep filter media, sintered with stainless steel fiber at the high temperature.The filter elements enjoy the advantage of high porosity, large filter area and good dirt holding capacity, and can also be used repeatly after chemical cleaning. Stainless steel weaving wire cloth is weaved with stainless steel wire. These filter elements have such characteristics of good strength fastness, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance, low cost. Application:Products are widely used in petrolum, chemical, chemical fiber, aviation, aerospace, nuclear industry, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, electric power, water treatment, food and beverage, coal chemical and other industries.
Main features: 1. Good filtration performance, uniform surface filtration performance for 2-200um filtration particle size; 2. Good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance and abrasion resistance; it can be washed repeatedly and has a long service life. 3. The stainless steel filter element has uniform and precise filtration accuracy; 4. The stainless steel filter element has a large flow per unit area; 5. The stainless steel filter element is suitable for low temperature and high temperature environment; it can be used again after cleaning, no need to replace.
The material liquid is transported to the filter by the material pump. Under the action of the differential pressure,the material passes through the filter coth,and the outflowing clear liquid flows to the bottom of the candle tube through the plum-shaped porous skeleton. The clear liquid gathers at the boltom of the centraltube andrises to the collecting pipe to be discharged. During the entire filration process, the filter cake is stably attached to the plum petal-shaped candle tube, and automatic discharge is realized by controlling the air flow and pressure of the back blow.
