Our filter element  are designed for high efficient removal of solid particles, water, oil aerosols, hydrocarbons ,odour and vapours from compressed air systems. To meet the required compressed air quality appropriate filter element(C, T, A,AA,H) must be intalled into filter housing.For any other technical gas, please contact us.

• Protecting compressors and turbines
• Removing lubrication oil, water, and compressor wear products from effluent gas streams
• Removing liquid aerosols from gases fed to amine sweetening and dehydration units to prevent foaming problems
• Protecting desiccant and catalyst beds 
• Minimizing solution losses downstream of gas purification process units
• Cleaning dirty fuel gas to protect low Nox burners and fuel injection nozzles
• Controlling injection well plugging during gas flooding

This multistage system removes particulate matter from the filter and then proceeds to the second step of either the single stage of the horizontal coalescer or the two-stage vertical coalescer/separator for separating two-phase flows. The removal amount of Coalescers AquaSep XS is 15 ppm (volume). It is also effective in a wide range of conditions, such as initial impurity concentrations up to 10% and MFN below 20 dyne/cm.

Filter media: filter element adopts many kinds of materials, such as glass fiber, wood pulp filterpaper , stainless steel sinter fiber web and stainless steel wire woven.
