Description
The difference between the hot-melt filter bag and the ordinary filter bag is that there is a layer of hot skin on the wind surface. If you observe it carefully, it is easy to distinguish whether it is a hot-melt filter bag. Hot-melt filter bags are mostly used in air-conditioning ventilation system filtration: coarse dust filtration (G3, G4) filtration system pre-filtering, middle-effect filter pre-channel filtration; fine dust filtration (F5, F6) high-efficiency filter pre-filtration.


 Features
 1.The filter medium is made of high-performance hot-melt method consisting of anti-fracture organic synthetic fibers. It has a reinforced structure, good filtering performance, and a large dust holding capacity. It can be repeatedly cleaned and has high economical efficiency.
 2.The filter bag adopts seam or seamless welding technology to ensure the reliability of operation.
 3. All groups of bags have positioning air channels to ensure the best filtering effect;
 4.Non-silicon design filter, especially suitable for paint shop;
 5. Filter level: G3, G4, F5, F6;
 6.After fire-retardant treatment meets the fire classification standards of Europe D1N53438-F1 and the United States UL900-CLASS2;
 7.Strong humidity resistance, can reach 100% moisture resistance;
