The MCC1401 high pressure filter is a reproducible high quality injection for your water and oil production operations. High-quality injections reduce formation damage, maintain a stable injection profile, and improve sweep efficiency, reducing the cost of frequent oil well operations.

GRADED DENSITY
Each layer of the filter performs a particular function. While all layers are designed to a specific micron rating, each lateral section removes contaminants. The outer layer typically removes the bulk solids. As contaminants move through the depth of the cone, the filter densities increase to meet increase to meet the required micron rating. The inner layers of the filter provide structural strength.
