The main material of the custom stainless steel 304 filter element is SUS304 stainless steel (18% chromium + 8% nickel), which is formed by vacuum sintering and has both food-grade safety and nitric acid corrosion resistance. The surface is electrolytically polished, with a roughness of <0.8μm, which reduces fluid resistance and inhibits microbial attachment.
